During the winter of 2002-2003,

we encountered the reality of our plastic mailbox

being beaten to death by the snow plow

I vowed that I was going to build a

mailbox so unique and solid that it would

withstand the pounding and look great

After a few days of thought,

I started designing the lighthouse mailbox.

The prototype ended up 42" H x 30 L x 10" W

and weighing 60 LBS

Within 2 weeks my first customer

Sonja Meisner,from Blandford, Nova Scotia

was so intrigued by the unique design

was established
